Monday: Leftovers or fend for yourself. I didn’t do my regular grocery shopping on Saturday, and my pantry looks like it.
Tuesday: Chicken, broccoli, sun dried tomato pasta.
Wednesday: Meatloaf muffins, corn, mashed potatoes.
Thursday: Crockpot meal of pulled pork sandwiches and french fries. I have a rodeo meeting.
Friday: Breakfast for dinner.
Saturday: Fend for yourself.
Sunday: We’re supposed to get another cold front, so I’m thinking comfort food!
