Monday: Pulled pork in the slow cooker, oven baked fries, and a veggie. So easy!
Tuesday: Mixed grill from the freezer. We have a bunch of odds and ends. I’ll season them and cook them on my George Foreman grill. Calabacita and yellow squash and mushrooms too.
Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn and mac & cheese.
Thursday: Chicken enchilada casserole in the crockpot. No, no recipe. I have stuffs to use up. 😉
Friday: Fend for yourself.
Saturday: Sandwiches and chips.
Sunday: Grilling day!
