It’s the week before school starts, which means it’s time to get back into that routine. And that includes both the kids and me. This week’s dinners will feature a lot of pantry items, along with some quick fix stuff. It’s hot and I’m cheap. 😉 Maybe next week they’ll be a little bit more healthy.
Monday: Quesadillas made with leftover fajita meat.
Tuesday: Freezer night.
Wednesday: Coney Island hot dogs and tater tots.
Thursday: Green chile mac and cheese and rotisserie chicken. Hatch peppers are at their peak, so a quick stovetop mac and cheese will be great.
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Fend for yourself.
Sunday: Grilling day!
