Last month, it wasn’t just the first day of school for my kids. I returned to school as well, in the hopes of finishing my bachelor’s degree. I have put off returning to school because there always seemed to be one thing or another going on that demanded my attention. But now, all of my kids are in school full time, things at the school seem to be under control, and my job is super accommodating.
So back to school I go. Once a week, I am on campus at UHD, so it’s not too bad. My other classes are online only. This means I am even MORE busy, so I am taking down the coupon classes request form.
Monday: I picked up pork loin chops from H-E-B for $1.97/lb and they’ll either be oven fried or pan fried. Serving these with mashed potatoes and a green salad. Thanks to all of the Sprouts sales, we are all stocked up on lettuce. I received a trial box from Blue Apron and the only thing that was a hit was these pork chops. 🙂
Tuesday: Crockpot chicken and rice.
Wednesday: Leftover night.
Thursday: Hamburgers and french fries.
Friday: Pizza night.
Saturday: Fend for yourself.
Sunday: Dinner out.
