Fiesta Mart – Jul 13 – Jul 19

Fiesta’s coupon policy includes no printables, lots of in-store coupons, and no doubles, if you need a reminder. The policy says that they will accept a STORE coupon AND a manufacturer’s coupon on an item. Despite their lack of printable acceptance, I often find really good deals at Fiesta. Their in-store coupons are sometimes good at other stores, and I like their quality.

Menu Plan Monday – 7/11

Thank you!Is everyone else living underneath their air conditioner? I don’t think I would have made it before air conditioning, y’all. I might melt before fall as it is.
Sunday: Grilling day. Chicken and pork chops HEB has been having some great deals and we haven’t gotten enough yet. Baked potatoes, grilled corn, and salad for sides. I also prepped extra for lunches later in the week.
Monday: Taco bowls. Grilled chicken, rice, corn, and beans.
Tuesday:Citrus baked tilapia, rice, and steamed broccoli. Start the rice in the rice cooker or on the stove, prep the fish, and by the time the rice is done, so is everything else. I have a steamer insert for my rice cooker, like this.
Wednesday: Tuna salad. Super easy and doesn’t involve turning on my oven.
Thursday: Shrimp and orzo pasta. I don’t know what else I want to add. I know I need to add veggies, but I’m not feeling a big heavy alfredo.
Friday: Pizza night.
Saturday: Fend for yourself.
Sunday: Dinner out.
