As usual, this is just a plan, not set in stone. Lunches are usually sandwiches, frozen burritos, or a box bowl of cereal. I am so happy to see cooler temperatures! The air conditioner was off today, so that means chicken soup for dinner tomorrow!
Monday:Homemade Chicken Soup – Cost is about $15, but will feed everyone at least twice.
Tuesday: Chili
Wednesday: Chicken Broccoli Pasta with Smoked Mozzarella.
Thursday: Chili mac with leftover chili. If no leftovers, fend for yourself.
Friday: Fend for yourself.
Saturday: Soup and sandwiches, or freezer snacks.
Sunday:Crockpot Pot Roast, roasted red potatoes, and carrots, with homemade cornbread.
