As usual, this is just a plan, not set in stone. Lunches are usually sandwiches, frozen burritos, or a box bowl of cereal.
Monday: Leftovers from pulled pork, cooked yesterday.
Tuesday: Parmesan chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies.
Wednesday: Tilapia, jasmine rice, and fresh veggies – whatever looks good at the store.
Thursday: Crockpot meal – I’ll be looking on pinterest because I’m looking for new ideas.
Friday: Taco casserole
Saturday: Another easy day.
Sunday: Beef tips and noodles.
