Monday: I will be out until late, so the family will have leftover chili that I made on Sunday.
Tuesday: Slow cooker shredded chicken tacos, beans and rice. This really couldn’t be easier. I drop four frozen chicken breasts into the slow cooker with a can of rotel or about a cup of salsa and a little bit of chicken broth.
Wednesday: Leftover night.
Thursday: Baked Parmesan Tilapia, rice, broccoli
Friday: Roasted Pork Tenderloin, mac and cheese, mixed veggies
Saturday: Pizza night
Sunday: Undecided
