Monday: I cooked pre-marinated fajita meat inside on our little tabletop grill. It was delicious, which was a good thing because the weather wasn’t cooperating!
Tuesday: We’re having our favorite skillet meal. Smoked mozzerella chicken broccoli pasta. It comes together in no time and it reheats great for lunches.
Wednesday: Meatloaf muffins, mashed potatoes, and fresh green beans.
Thursday: Leftover night!
Friday: Pizza night.
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner.
Sunday: Not sure, yet. We may grill, or I may make something.
