It is Summer, y’all! 😉 It’s hot and I’m so not wanting to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. We grilled on Sunday and we’re going to eat on it most of the week. This isn’t a terribly exciting week, but it shall be tasty and easy. Which is enough for me.
Monday: Fajita leftovers. Rice and beans and cheese and tasty goodness.
Tuesday: Grilled pork chops, red potatoes or potato salad and a veggie.
Wednesday: Last day for grilled leftovers.
Thursday: Sandwich night.
Friday: Breakfast for dinner.
Saturday: Pulled pork in the crockpot, served with french fries or chips.
Sunday: Dinner out.
