It’s the last week of summer. School starts next week. Our grocery consumption will go back to normal.
Yesterday, my husband grilled chicken, pork chops, and steak. We’ll use the chicken for lunches, and maybe the steak, too. Depends on what he took for lunch today. 😉 I also prepped the meatballs for Tuesday. If I do all of the prep on Sunday, it just seems to make the week go easier.
Monday: Pork chops, grilled yesterday, au gratin potatoes, and veggies.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, and salad.
Wednesday: Crockpot chicken, rice, or something found on Pinterest.
Thursday: Leftover night.
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner.
Sunday: We’re FINALLY going to Schlitterbahn! 🙂
