As usual, this is just a plan, not set in stone. Lunches are usually sandwiches, frozen burritos, or a box bowl of cereal.
Monday: I have no idea. LOL. I have several ideas, but I probably won’t decide till I go to the store.
Tuesday: Seafood (shrimp and crab) Gumbo from a mix, with steamed rice. 😉 We bought this mix at the Houston Rodeo and I’m ready to use it.
Wednesday: Baked chicken, mixed veggies, and mashed potatoes. Our regular boxed potatoes aren’t dye free, so I’ll be reading labels or peelin’ taters.
Thursday: Crockpot meal – Houston Blogging Chicks meeting for me, so I need something the rest of the family can serve themselves…
Friday: Fend for yourself, clear out the fridge, freezer buffet.
Saturday: Another easy day.
Sunday: Grilling day.
