It’s like a messed up game of “Who can unload the truck the fastest without killing a customer?”.

And who can unload more than one of these at a time? I hope refrigerated goods aren’t being left in the aisles like this…

Monday: Steaks, baked potatoes, and a veggie. We picked up 4 steaks at Target, marked down to $2-$3 each.

Tuesday: Leftover steak sliced for almost-fajitas.

Wednesday: Chili with rice.

Thursday: Leftover chili repurposed into chili mac casserole.

Friday: Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches and french fries, using the Tyson breaded chicken ($2.99), cheap french fries ($1 for 2 bags), and cheap hamburger buns ($.99).

Saturday: Leftover Free For All!

I’m hearing reports in other parts of the country that Safeway is either going to do away with ecoupons or else they’re going to limit them to just ecoupons or just paper coupons. No stacking.

Charlene at My Frugal Adventures has a post about it.

I was able to use my ecoupons at one store, but not at another in the Houston area. If you’re local, send me an email and I’ll tell you which one still works as of Monday night.

Kristin is disappointed. And going to use up all of her ecoupons asap. 🙂
